This week, The Portuguese Air Force and The Portuguese red cross carried out 217 Covid-19 antigen tests to Portuguese, Italian and Dutch military staff, who will participate in Nato Tiger Meet. The tests came back negative.

This was one of the measures implemented in Air base Nº11, in Beja, in order to guarantee the exercises? safety facing the COVID-19 pandemic. The military staff faces this challenge with great determination and commitment, in order to establish a safe environment.  Segregated and exclusive areas were created for the exercise, in coordination with the Directorate-General of Health.
